The 2017 Summer Meeting is all about making your company more profitable by leveraging
"organizational agility" and exploring strategies to improve your business development program.
Our first speaker will be Mir Mustafa, NECA's Director of Business Development. Mir will provide a brief overview of business development concepts for electrical contractors. Next up will be Jake Smithwick, PhD, Assistant Professor of Civil Engineering Technology and Construction Management at UNC Charlotte. Dr. Smithwick will present a summary of the ELECTRI study "Flexible Overhead: Agile Strategies that Increase Electrical Contractor Profitability."

 

We look forward to returning to the beautiful Alexander hotel in downtown Indianapolis for our
daytime meetings. For our evening reception, we will try something different - a dinner reception
followed by live music in the Biergarten at The Rathskeller. This will be a fun and relaxed event -
feel free to wear business casual or casual attire for the duration of the Summer Meeting.
