On Tuesday, March 17, CIC NECA hosted its latest Future Leaders event at Pinheads & Alley’s Alehouse in Brownsburg, bringing together emerging leaders from member organizations for an evening centered on connection, collaboration and industry insight.

The event kicked off with an engaging presentation from Milwaukee Tool, offering attendees a closer look at the company’s history, evolving product lines and approach to building strong, long-term partnerships with contractors. The session sparked meaningful dialogue, as participants shared real-world feedback on how tools are performing in the field and where opportunities for future innovation exist. This type of open exchange between contractors and suppliers is critical to advancing the electrical industry, and CIC NECA is proud to help facilitate these conversations that lead to stronger alignment and better solutions.

Beyond the presentation, the evening provided ample opportunity for networking in a relaxed and enjoyable setting. Over food and drinks – and a little friendly competition on the bowling lanes – Future Leaders connected with peers, discussed common challenges facing their businesses and exchanged ideas on how to address them. These interactions not only strengthen professional relationships, but also help build a more collaborative and forward-thinking contractor community.

CIC NECA remains committed to investing in the next generation of industry leaders by creating spaces where education, innovation and relationship-building can thrive. Events like the Future Leaders series play an important role in supporting that mission –empowering members to grow, connect and continue driving the industry forward.
